This one bedroom apartment received a nice face lift! We removed all the original flooring. Installed a new granite sink with faucet. New tile back splash, cabinet pulls, tile floor, wood floor, and fresh paint!

This 2 bedroom upper apartment was nicely updated with new base cabinets and a back splash. The upper cabinets were repainted as well. The carpet was removed and replaced with beautiful white oak flooring. The kitchen and bathroom floors were replaced with ceramic tile. The bathroom also had the shower and vanity replaced. The customer was converting the space to a short term rental, so we also plumbed, wired and installed a washer dryer in one of the closets. Fresh wall and trim pain throughout!

This was a one bedroom apartment complete renovation. It involved demo of flooring and some walls. Bathroom was gutted to the studs and termite treatment was done after discovering damage. The kitchen cabinets were repainted. New custom concrete counter tops, refinished wood floors, tile floors, tile tub round, tile back splash, paint and trim throughout.

This customer wanted a board and batten wall with new lighting in their bedroom. Project really opened up the room and only took two days to complete!
