Water Sample Testing - Starting at $200

• Water sample is taken by the inspector and taken to a local lab for testing. Process takes 48 hours. ($200)
  
• Water sample testing for VA Loans typically consists of Bacteria, Nitrate, Nitrite, and Arsenic. Fees may vary. If you need further testing, please contact us and let us know so we get exactly what you need. These results may take up to 2 weeks. ($300)
