The Buyer​​
The most common person looking for a home inspector is someone looking to buy a home. It's probably the biggest investment you'll make, so it only makes sense to have a trained professional evaluate it' s condition first.

The Seller
​​If you're selling a home, it's not unusual to have a pre-listing inspection done on the property. It shows good faith, gives the seller an opportunity to fix issues and l avoid closing delays, and gives buyers a move in certified home.

Home Owners​​
Unfortunately, after someone buys a home, they typically never have it inspected again. In order to maintain an investment, it needs regular maintenance. Imagine never getting a physical or never changing the oil on your car! You wouldn't do that and you shouldn't neglect your home.
