It shows good faith, gives the seller an opportunity to fix issues and l avoid closing delays, and gives buyers a move in certified home.<br /><br /><strong>Home Owners&#8203;&#8203;<br /></strong>Unfortunately, after someone buys a home, they typically never have it inspected again. In order to maintain an investment, it needs regular maintenance. Imagine never getting a physical or never changing the oil on your car!
